Loved this Sunday evening dev on the church. Exactly! what a church for my should be. We are so sad that we don’t live closer in order to participate fully in it. 🙁
In regard to the July 20&21 devotional: Thank you for warning people (like me) who were not “truly converted”, that they are NOT saved. My flesh wanted to believe that I was saved but I had never been “truly converted” with a real repentance of my sins. Satan was happy that I was satisfied living the lie. Growing up attending Church, saying some prayers, and having some emotional feeling for Jesus, did not make me saved because I had not been “truly converted.” Only “few” will be saved because “many” are not looking for the truth and still holding on to their own sinful ways (Matt 7:13&14). Praise God that I will now never hear those words: “I never knew you, depart from me” (Matt 7:23).
